At Ecoheal Agro Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
Shipping Destinations
Within India, Ecoheal Agro Pvt. Ltd. delivers to selected cities and serviceable pincodes. Customers can verify whether delivery is available to their location by entering their pincode on the cart or checkout page.
If courier service is not available in your area, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Note: Currently, we do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to deliver products to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Domestic Orders (India)
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order and delivery location.
International Orders
For international orders, shipping and handling charges will be calculated at checkout. Customers are also responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Our logistics partner for both domestic and international shipments is Delhivery, a reputed courier service provider that helps ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Customs Clearance (International Orders)
All shipments of food products exported from India must be cleared by the Indian Customs Office. Products along with complete documentation are inspected and assessed by customs authorities before being dispatched to the destination country.
In some cases, packages may be opened by customs officials for inspection. Therefore, please ignore any message on the package stating:
“Please do not accept if the package is received in open/tampered condition.”
You may receive the package sealed with a label indicating “Opened for Customs.”
All international shipments are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Registered customers can track the status of their orders through the Track Order option available in their account. Tracking details will also be shared once the order is shipped.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier service availability.
Domestic Orders (India)
Orders are typically delivered within 1–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or governmental restrictions.
In the unlikely event that an order cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
International Orders
International orders are generally delivered within 7–21 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to customs clearance and regulations of the destination country.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or other regulatory requirements.
